Prodecure to Apply

After you have downloaded the application form Please print the copy and fill the required detials. The form must comply with the following.

 

  • The application for admission must be accompanied, in duplicate, by TWO certified Photo copies of graduation. mark-sheet of the candidate attested by principal or gazetted govt. officer
  • TWO passport size photographs
  • Please attach Photo Copies of other certificates, which support your candidature
  • Rs 100/- Processing fee will be charged with the application form

 

Once the Application form is duly filled and the required documents attached please post it to the address below along with Rs 100 /- processing fee
